These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and ktm4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ktm4d.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content made available thereon.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by ktm4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all players accessing ktm4d from Malaysia, including but not limited to players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. They govern all gaming activities, financial transactions, and interactions with our support team.
ktm4d reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

To register and maintain an account on ktm4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the duration of your membership:
Age Verification: ktm4d employs age verification checks at registration and may request documentary evidence of age (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each Player may register only one (1) account on ktm4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. These details must match the identification documents you submit during KYC verification.
ktm4d is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ktm4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your ktm4d account. ktm4d cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
ktm4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

Any communication between you and ktm4d's support team — whether via live chat, email, or other channels — must remain respectful and professional. ktm4d reserves the right to terminate the account of any Player who engages in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards staff or other players.
ktm4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank (MAE/M2U), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard payment methods. The minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent is RM30 in fiat value at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times are typically as follows:
Important: Funds deposited using bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawals attempted before completing rollover obligations will be declined and bonuses may be forfeited.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. ktm4d reserves the right to request proof of source of funds documentation at any time as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through ktm4d are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer page. As an example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM1,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:
ktm4d employs advanced monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive duplicate bonuses, exploitation of software errors, placing hedged or low-risk bets to complete wagering with minimal game risk, and any other activity inconsistent with normal recreational play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
All bonus terms — including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, bonus expiry windows, and maximum cashout figures — are displayed on each individual promotion page. Players are strongly advised to read these terms in full before claiming any bonus.
All games offered on the ktm4d platform that rely on random outcomes — including slot games, virtual table games, lottery draws, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by ktm4d, game studios, or Players.
ktm4d's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including English Premier League (EPL) fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and other international competitions. All odds are determined in good faith by our trading team. ktm4d reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of odds errors, match-fixing suspicion, or data feed failures.
In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game outcome will be determined and recorded by the game server. If a bet was placed and the connection was lost before the result was displayed, the recorded server-side outcome will be treated as the final result. ktm4d is not liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on the Player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ktm4d and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
ktm4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Malaysia and internationally. Any detection of criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering, will be reported without prior notice to the relevant Player.
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, and data available on the ktm4d Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ktm4d or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published, or sold without the prior written consent of ktm4d.
The ktm4d brand name, logo, and associated marks are registered intellectual property. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in connection with competing services, affiliate websites not authorised by ktm4d, or promotional materials — constitutes an infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform or any content thereon, beyond the limited licence described in Section 5.1.
The ktm4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ktm4d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ktm4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. In no event shall ktm4d be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
ktm4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other Force Majeure events as defined in Section 2.
ktm4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; the Player has failed to satisfy KYC or AML requirements; or continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ktm4d.
You may close your ktm4d account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of this Agreement is identified.
Upon termination or suspension of your account, all licences granted under this Agreement will immediately cease. Bonus balances and any bonus-derived winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of the ktm4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which the Platform operates.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, ktm4d encourages Players to contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly within a maximum of 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with ktm4d's support team, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority.
ktm4d reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the following conditions:
If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify our support team of your intention to close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
